Enlightened: Connect with Yourself
Identify your deepest core values. Get in touch with your creative side through facilitated writing and vision board building. Integrate with nature by walking next to the river or join in an optional yoga session. You will learn breath work, mindful movements, and simple postures designed to create awareness in the body and mind. By choosing to take time to pause, and practice being present, you can shift your mood and stay engaged with yourself and your people.
You know you do your best work when you take care of yourself. Trifecta Women’s Leadership Retreat includes open space and downtime so you can breathe and rest. Take a respite from your hectic life and get centered.
