About the Facilitators

A former teacher and school leader turned leadership coach, RB Fast works with nonprofit, education, and corporate leaders in one on one and group settings. She founded her company, Bee Line Consulting, in 2014 and has since helped hundreds of leaders across the globe better manage their time, get aligned with their core values, and find success in their careers. She specializes in personalized leadership coaching and in facilitating retreats for boards and employee teams.

RB (yes, that’s what you call her) holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Studies with an emphasis in Public Policy and Advocacy. She’s helped found multiple nonprofit organizations and schools and is deeply committed to social justice and community service.

Allyson Levine is a yoga teacher, mama and visionary who brings accessible moments of self care to people around the world. For over a decade she has been guiding mindfulness workshops, teacher trainings, and  weekly yoga sessions for a variety of clients.  After graduating with a BA in Psychology from The University of Colorado in Boulder, Allyson became certified in to teach yoga to people of all ages. In addition to teaching at homes, studios and businesses, she was a lead teacher and coach for The Wellness Initiative, a Colorado non-profit whose mission was to bring yoga-based wellness programs to Title 1 schools.

Currently, she guides select groups and private clients to integrate life changing yoga skills into their lives.  Allyson strives to create a supportive and experiential offering that empowers students of all levels to bring a new openness and flexibility to body, heart, and mind.

Adrienna Lujan Corrales is a Promotora and Executive Director for a holistic and culturally responsive community based wellness organization Sisters of Color United for Education (SOCUE). For over 25 years, she has been involved in community education, awareness and mobilization around culture, health disparities, human rights, food, media justice, violence, HIV/AIDS and art as social justice.

She has created HEAL Denver, which has an innovative approach to provide capacity building and technical assistance for emerging local and national projects and businesses that build equity and inclusion.

ABOUT THE RETREAT VENUE

The Table Mountain Inn is located in the heart of historic downtown Golden, Colorado. The charming adobe building is beautifully appointed in a southwestern decorative motif. The hotel is just steps from myriad tourist attractions and outdoor experiences.

Guest rooms included in the all-inclusive retreat registration have two queen beds and a private bathroom. There are stunning views in all directions from the rooms in this hotel and the front desk is exceptionally helpful.

 

 

Trifecta Women’s Leadership Retreat will be hosted in the Kokopelli space on the second floor of the hotel. This includes a private outdoor terrace, meeting room for workshops and yoga, as well as a lounge for meals and breaks. We will have plenty of room to spread out and make space! The event includes a complimentary breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and beverages. The Table Mountain Inn is known for their delicious southwest style foods and excellent guest service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who counts as a "woman" for this retreat?

This is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. Anyone who identifies as a woman or femme is welcome to register for this retreat. You know if this event is right for you. We are here to accept and love without judgement. We just want to ignite your drive to live an integrated life.

Can my company sponsor this event?

What does "all inclusive" mean?

Your event registration covers your access to all aspects of the Trifecta Women’s Leadership Retreat including the Friday night opening creativity cocktail party and all workshops. You will be served a complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on Friday night at a private party in RB Fast’s suite as well as breakfast, full lunch, and snacks during the workshops on Saturday and Sunday. Finally, your registration includes one queen bed in a shared guest room at the Table Mountain Inn. You can upgrade to a private guest room for a fee.

Can I bring my children?

We strongly encourage you to bring only yourself and nobody else who is dependent on you. This retreat is about fully re-charging and integrating . However, we understand parenthood and the myriad demands of our children. Babes in arms under age two are welcome. We ask that you arrange child care for children age two and up.

Can we get a refund on registration?

Full refunds are available through November 20th. You are welcome to send another person in your place if you cannot attend.

Can I get a discount on registration if I stay somewhere else?

No. The registration fee is firm.

How will you determine roommates?

We are happy to take roommate requests if you are registering for Trifecta Women’s Leadership Retreat with a friend or colleague. Just send us an email by December 20th. For all attendees who do not make roommate requests and do not upgrade to private rooms, we will randomly assign pairings based on registration.

How do I upgrade to a single occupancy room?

You can upgrade to a single occupancy room by selecting the option on your registration form. You will be billed an additional $135 on your registration invoice for each person upgrading to a single room. Single room requests must be made by January 15th.

Is this event accessible to people with disabilities?

It is our goal to ensure this event is fully accessible to all women leaders who register. Please reach out to us to let us know what accommodations you require. If you have any access issues at the retreat, please let us know right away.

Will the menu accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Please message us if you have specific dietary restrictions so that we can do our best to ensure that you have plenty to eat. The hotel menu is non-negotiable, but has a lot of variety. However, if you do have restrictions, we also encourage you to prepare so that you have the foods your body needs to thrive available to you at all times.

What should I wear to the retreat?

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. January in Colorado tends to be sunny, dry, and very cold…with a very good chance of snow. We have an optional yoga class on Saturday morning. Bring appropriate clothing and a mat if you want to join. Otherwise, just wear whatever makes you feel good.

How do I get to the retreat?

FROM DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Take the airport train to Union Station in Downtown Denver. From Union Station transfer to the W line on the RTD lightrail train about two blocks west of Union Station. Take the W line all the way to the end of the line at the Jefferson County Justice Center. From here, take a ride share or taxi to the Table Mountain Inn, about 5 miles away.

BY CAR FROM DENVER:

Take 6th Ave west toward Golden. At Lookout Mountain 6th Ave becomes Highway 93. Take 93 to 19th st. Turn right on 19th st. and head to Washington ave. Turn left on Washington ave and go about four blocks. The Table Mountain Inn is on the west side of Washington Ave. Park in back.

What should I know about the host city, Golden, CO?

The most important thing you need to know is that Golden is at a very high altitude. Have you ever heard of altitude sickness? It is very real and can hospitalize or kill you. We don’t mean to be dramatic, but your wellness matters to us. Please bring a water bottle with you and drink steadily from it all day. If you get a headache, dizziness or nausea, please report it right away as these are signs of altitude sickness.

Golden is a historic town nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Trifecta Women’s Leadership Retreat is located in the historic downtown area, which includes parks and trails bordering the beautiful Clear Creek. This area is packed with restaurants, spas, shopping, and museums. We are also just a few blocks away from the Coors brewery, where you can get free tours that include up to three free drinks. A fun and inexpensive afternoon!
